Your privacy is our most important value. We stick to the legally regulated requirements of privacy. Furthermore, we hereby dissociate ourselves explicitly from those external offers and, in particular, release ourselves from influences on the design and content of these linked websites.

Of course, consents, e.g. to the use of e-mail addresses or phone numbers, can be revoked for the future at any time.

2. Data processing

As part of our online presence, personal and non-personal data is collected, stored and processed. The non-personal data (day, time, duration of the visit, retrieved content, Internet service provider) serves to optimize and improve our online presence and are processed automatically. Incidentally, visiting our website, is anonymous.

Furthermore, visitors to our website get the opportunity to contact us via a contact form.

Unless the order processing requires otherwise, or there are no other statutory retention requirements, the data will be deleted after 360 days. Due to a weighing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) we are entitled to store the data of interested parties for up to one year, in order to be able to respond adequately, even in case of previous inquiries and thereby not have to resume the contact data. A transfer of your data to third parties only happens with your consent, and only if the the order from the third party requires it.

3. Rights of the visitors of our internet offer

3.1. According to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request a confirmation from us, whether personal related data is processed and, if so, to receive information about this data.
3.2. According to Art. 16 GDPR you have the right to demand the completion or correction of incorrect personal data which concerns you.
3.3. According to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand that data relating to you be deleted immediately if one of the reasons according to DSGVO Art. 17 para. 1 lit. a – f is correct. Furthermore, you have the right to demand the restriction of processing, provided that one of the prerequisites according to DSGVO Art. 18 para. 1 lit. a – d is given.
3.4. You have the right to receive your personal related data, which you have offered us, in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transfer this data to another responsible person, provided that the requirements according to DSGVO Art. 20 para. 1 lit. a – b are fulfilled.
3.5. According to Art. 77 DSGVO you have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority.

4. Right of withdrawal

According to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO you have the right to withdraw a given consent with effect on the future.

5. Right of objection

You can object to the future processing of your data in accordance to Art. 21 GDPR at any time.

6. Social Media Appearance

We operate our Facebook page to communicate with users and customers of Tullnau Conference Park and to point out, e.g. our events, activities in the Tullnau Conference Park as well as products and promotions. We inform the users of the Facebook page of the Tullnau Conference Park that data can be collected by Facebook when using the Facebook page and that this data can also be processed and stored outside the European Union. Facebook has been certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active), which provides a guarantee to comply with European privacy legislation.

To save all data stored by us, we use technical security elements. Our systems are regularly checked for security in order to be able to sustainably protect against possible damage, losses and access to data held by us. The safety precautions are regularly updated and improved with the constant technical development.
